The DSC would be used to Encrypt a document, it is popularly used in tender portal, to help your company encrypt the documents and upload. You could also use the certificate to encrypt and send classified information. We are selling Encrypt certificate as a standalone product as well.
The validity of Digital Signature can be upto three years.
This level of assurance is required generally by Tender portals and some highly sensitive websites. If you opt for class 3 certificate, all applications which are created for Class 2, should be able to recognize your certificates.
Assurance Level :This certificate will be issued to individuals as well as organizations. As these are high assurance certificates, primarily intended for e-commerce applications, they shall be issued to individuals only on their personal (physical) appearance before the Certifying Authorities.
Applicability :This level is relevant to environments where threats to data are high or the consequences of the failure of security services are high. This may include very high value transactions or high levels of fraud risk.
